Cats which have not been neutered only eat as much food as is needed to provide them with energy. After neutering the hormonal changes affect the metabolism and you may notice that your cat doesn't recognise when it is full up. This can quickly cause weight gain. Neutered kittens do not need as much energy. Royal Canin Kitten Sterilised has a low fat content and can help your kitten to maintain a healthy body weight. A balanced selection of nutrients and minerals (proteins, calcium and phosphorus) will make sure that your cat stays healthy and lively.

Poultry protein (dried), vegetable fibers, rice, vegetable protein isolate, maize, maize gluten, animal fat, animal protein (hydrolysed), beet pulp, minerals, soya oil, yeast, fish oil, psyllium [psyllium and cases], fructo-oligosaccharides, yeast hydrolyzate [source of mannan oligosaccharides], marigold [source of lutein].

The recommended feeding amounts are only guidelines and should be adapted to suit the individual needs of your pet to ensure that it maintains an ideal body weight. 
Should your cat's weight exceed the normal weight please reduce the daily amount food.
Please make sure your pet always has enough fresh drinking water available.
